Please be patient with this site as it is re-constructed yet again. Just some things that you will notice wrong with the current condition of this site:
1.)The links to the left will either take you to a non-working page or an old page with a totally different, horrible theme.
2.) The image above IS NOT Fort Smith. Those who live in Fort Smith, Arkansas will notice this immediately. It's a place holder image until things get a little "greener". We are in the middle of winter you know!
3.) This site will be up and down and changed quite often for a while into the future. This is not due to technical difficulties but is due to the evolution of this website. Hopefully for the better.
